KC Concepcion: All too human
July 4, 2002 | 12:00am
PEOPLE Asia takes an exclusive peek into the everyday life of KC Concepcion, who is on the cover of the magazines July issue. KC shares her thoughts on friendship, school, theater, and yes, being the daughter of megastar Sharon Cuneta. We also have beauty queen-turned-TV host Miriam Quiambao and talk show host Paolo Bediones who sing sweet music together; and girl-on-the-go Pia Guanio of Alas Sinko y Medya and adventure seeker Ryan Agoncillo of Studio 23s Explorer who show the various facets of their personalities.
In celebration of Philippine-American Friendship Day, PEOPLE Asia trains the spotlight on the heroism of Gracia and the late Martin Burnham, missionaries held hostage for over a year by the Abu Sayyaf. It also features US Consul General John Caulfield, who spearheaded an efficient US visa application system in the Philippines.
Featured in our special section are men and women from all walks of life and belonging to various fields who have one thing in common: they all enjoy a "singularly" fulfilled existence. These include model and TV host Angel Jacob; fashion director Robbie Carmona; makeup artist Henri Calayag; restaurateur Geni Psinakis; environmentalist Grace Eleazar; architect Dan Lichauco; dedicated social worker Issa Cuevas; and young and promising female race car driver Gaby dela Merced, among others.
And to make the July issue really sizzle, we also have ABS-CBNs sexy star Angela Velez, Michelle Bayle, and Andrea del Rosario, who will make any bachelor think twice about remaining single for long.
