'Ageless' Alice Dixson to Superbods finalists: 'Let yourself shine'
MANILA, Philippines – In anticipation of the final leg of the Century Tuna Superbods 2026 competition, the #SuperbodEra Top 40 finalists are proving that true transformation goes beyond the physical aspects to include personal growth, mental fortitude, and inspiring health advocacies.
Besides receiving an uplifting message from Century Tuna brand ambassador and Superbod Anne Curtis, who was in personal attendance at the launch event at The Fifth at Rockwell, Makati City on July 6, the Top 40 Superbod finalists also heard inspiring pep talks via video from world-class pole vaulter EJ Obiena and ageless screen goddess Alice Dixson.
“My advice would be to create a routine. It doesn’t need to be complex, it doesn’t need to change your whole lifestyle. It needs to be simple,” Obiena said. “It takes roughly around three weeks to make a routine like your own. So therefore, maybe change it from time to time to achieve your certain goals. Therefore, my advice in a nutshell would be to create a sustainable routine.”
As for her ultimate secret to maintaining everyday peak form and staying strong at any age, Dixson shared: “I would have to say my daughter, because she is my inspiration. She is what keeps me going every day. And everyone needs to have that ultimate inspiration to keep them going, to be the best that they can be every day.”
What is their advice to the top 40 Superbod Finalists?
“My advice is to have fun, try to enjoy. I know it’s challenging, but you’re already at the top 40 of the game. You’re so close, so enjoy and have fun,” Obiena offered.
“Every moment, everything that you have done in your life has brought you to this experience. And that’s what has prepared you for this moment in time. So, I think you shouldn’t worry about who’s going to win, who’s going to lose, but more about you’ve made it this far. You’re already winners,” Dixson said.
“And enjoy the moment. Let yourself shine. Show people who you really are. And whether you win or not, you’re already winners. And you take that on to the next level of life. Good luck. Thank you," she added.

The Finals Night has yet to unfold at a later date, but the stakes have never been higher for the finalists vying to become the ultimate faces of healthy living. The Male and Female Grand Winners will each receive P1,000,000, while the runners-up will receive P250,000 each.
