Cebu leg of HOKA Trilogy Run Asia set to kick off April 14

CEBU, Philippines — Cebuano runners brace themselves for a different kind of experience in the Cebu leg of HOKA Trilogy Run Asia, which will kick off on April 14 at SM Seaside City.

The unique running journey features the 5K, 10K, and 16K distances in Leg 1.

Leg 2, which includes 21K, is slated on June 9, while Leg 3, with 32K as the farthest route, is set for August 18.

Local organizer Joel Juarez of Coco Running said the top three finishers in each category for both male and female divisions will be awarded. In addition, age group category winners from 20 to 80 years old and above will also be recognized across 16K (Leg 1), 21K (Leg 2), and 32K (Leg 3) categories.

Those who complete the race series by finishing all legs, regardless of the host city, will have their medals interconnect into a stunning, unified masterpiece.

In the national finals, the champions per age group for the 42K will earn a prestigious iconic belt. The overall winner will be determined based on cumulative performance across three legs and the national finals.

Regular registration fee is pegged at P1,200 for the 5K, P1,400 for the 10K, and P1,800 for the 16K. A bundle registration for maximum savings is also being offered for those who are planning to conquer the full series in Cebu.

Aside from Cebu, the HOKA Run is also scheduled in Manila, Baguio, Iloilo, Bacolod, Cagayan de Oro, and Davao.
