The secrets of anti-aging

- by Dr. Arnold De Vera -
Congratulations! Now is the time to reveal the most awaited of all secrets since Time and Truth began. You belong to the lucky few whose time is extended beyond calculated limits by just reading this article and applying it. Current scientific and medical advancements that could improve and enhance your life span are now available.

Caution though — an anti-aging physician should always be consulted because certain anti-aging products can cause allergy, carpaltunnel syndrome and sometimes death.

Anti-aging medicine is an extension of preventive medicine which is a new paradigm of health care in the new millennium, based on the early detection, prevention and reversal of aging-related diseases. The ideal is a longer health span and a shorter disability span for man. Age is inevitable but aging is not. The aging process can be slowed, halted or even reversed. A person should visit the doctor, at least twice a year, to check potential illnesses — before they happen.

Anti-aging secrets are attainable with the cooperation of your anti-aging physician. These secrets are:

• Fight free radicals on every ground by taking anti-oxidants, supplements advised by your doctor, and anti-aging multivitamins, and eating raw and fresh vegetables.

• Dietary advice for maximum longevity: avoid fats, sugar, salt and alcohol.

• Lifestyle changes: avoid illegal drugs, cancer-provoking cigarettes and alcohol, and exercise optimally under medical supervision.

• Look young, think young and act young. "As a man thinketh, so shall ye be." Looking good will help you in feeling good so consult your beauty cosmetic surgeon.

• Drive a big car and use your seatbelt always!

• Find a physician to be your personal partner in your anti-aging medical program. For a free personal anti-aging medical program, call 721-2592.

• Earliest detection and prevention is the gold-standard to longevity. Most cancers, diabetes, osteoporosis and all heart diseases are curable if detected at Stage 1.

• Never accept the statement "You are just getting old" as an excuse for not being youthful and full of zest. Chronic fatigue, depression, slowed thought, truncal obesity, weakness, aches and pains are all treatable and reversible signs of aging that should alert you to a need for anti-aging medical intervention.

• If you are over 35, have your hormones checked by an anti-aging physician at least once a year.

• Maintain sexual performance and refuse to accept diminished function – this ability is an absolute indication of health and longevity and if you need assistance for erection problems and penis enlargement procedures, don’t hesitate to call.
