Araneta Center marks milestone with BPO towers topping-off event

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Five master-planned towers wrapped around a lush tropical park – this is the vision that will soon rise within Quezon City’s premier central business district as the Araneta Group announced the upcoming completion of the first of its five BPO-primed tech towers for Cyberpark Araneta Center.

The milestone was celebrated with a topping-off ceremony for Cyberpark Tower One participated in by the top executives of the Araneta Group: management consultant Rowell Recinto, SVP for controllership Kenneth Mondero, SVP for operations Antonio Mardo, SVP for business development John Castelo, VP for operations Morriel Abogado, VP for controllership Josephine Martinez, VP for architecture and engineering Julie Castro, and VP for purchasing Noel Leonor.

Valued at P15 billion, the Cyberpark project is part of the ongoing Araneta Center extreme transformation that saw dramatic changes to the 35-hectare mixed-use community in recent years.

All towers will be pre-equipped with high-speed telecom backbone access supported by multiple telecom service providers, and can accommodate up to 100,000 employees.

In addition, the project site is located right at Quezon City’s transport hub, and is near dining establishments, shopping malls, and residential condominiums.
