Robinsons Residences’ The Sapphire Bloc bags two coveted awards

MANILA, Philippines - Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) adds another feather in its cap after one of its developments, The Sapphire Bloc, was conferred the “Best Condo Development” (Philippines) at the 2015 Philippines Property Awards (PPA). During the same event, The Sapphire Bloc was also awarded “Best MidRange Condo Development” (Metro Manila).

As this year’s top winner in the Philippines, RLC’s development will also be showcased on a regional stage and will be made to compete at the Asia Property Awards grand finals to be held on Wednesday, Oct. 21, at the 5th annual South East Asia Property Awards to be held at the ShangriLa Hotel, Singapore.

The PPA is part of the Asia Property Awards which, for 10 years now, has been rewarding high-calibre work of real estate firms in construction, architecture and interior design of property developments throughout Asia. Earlier this year, RLC had also won the “Best Residential High-Rise Development” for the same development from the Asia Pacific Property Awards.
