This two-day best practices program will provide participants with a wholistic view and comprehensive understanding of the various and diverse activities and the coordination of different offices of LGUs including the Planning and Development Office, Budget Office and BAC with its secretariat.
The seminar-workshop’s objective is to ensure LGUs are truly effective in successfully getting approval for their budget plans and procurement requirements.
This program will feature Edmund B. Talle who held the position of Director III, Department of Budget and Management for Region VIII from 1987 to 2012.
