SMDC Jazz Mall opens

MANILA, Philippines - Real estate developer SM Development Corp. (SMDC) recently launched the Jazz Mall, a retail podium built inside the towering Jazz Residences condominium complex in Bel-Air, Makati City.

Jazz Mall spans a gross floor area of more than 14,000 square meters and offers its residences the convenience of shopping for all of their household needs right at their own residential complex. The podium will have around 36 stores, including SM flagship stores such as SM Hypermarket, SM Appliance Center, Watsons, Ace Express, and BDO, in addition to casual dining and fast-food restaurants, cafes, specialty shops, and other service providers.

Soon to open in Jazz Mall are the following shops and restaurants: Slappy Cakes of Portland, Mango Tree of Bangkok, Tous Les Jours of Korea, Vikings, Olives, Hai Chix & Steaks, among others.

One of the flagship stores, SM Hypermarket, is open from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. and caters to the residents of Bel-Air, the students of nearby schools, the workforce of Makati City, as well as the condo dwellers within the area. Those Jazz residents above, won’t have to pantry load because all it takes is an elevator ride and they get their food fresh. The store even has Moving-in Bundles of bedroom, living room, and dining room furniture and fixtures for a hassle-free condo furnishing. 

SM Hypermarket Jazz, like all branches before it, has wide aisles, clear store signs, strategic product organization, and an ingenious checkout system (s-line) making the shopping routine a breeze. A good number of friendly customer assistants are also spread around the store to tend to anyone needing assistance.

SM Hypermarket tops it all off with a Western Union money transfer, a foreign exchange service, and a bills payment counter. And for an even more festive opening, SM Hypermarket Jazz gives one lucky shopper the chance to live like a star in his/her very own Jazz Residence unit in SM Hypermarket Jazz’s the Great Condo Raffle.
