Insular Life announces executive promotions

MANILA, Philippines - Insular Life chairman of the board and CEO Vicente R. Ayllón recently announced the promotion of the following executives to the rank of senior assistant vice president: Reynaldo R. Aldaba, Geraldine G. Pascual, and Diana Rose A. Tagra.

Aldaba heads the South Luzon sales division under the sales and marketing group (SMG). As head of South Luzon, he oversees the sales, marketing, and conservation activities of the regions under it. He joined Insular Life in 1986, and since then, has been appointed to Insular Life’s various offices nationwide. He graduated with an AB Philosophy degree from the Ateneo de Manila University.

Pascual is a business development staff and concurrently, the executive assistant to the SMG head under the office of the executive vice president and SMG head. She oversees SMG’s special projects and budget management. She joined Insular Life in 2009. She graduated with a BS Accountancy degree from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She is an Associate of the Life Management Institute (ALMI), with honors, from the Life Office Management Association.

Tagra heads the underwriting department under the new business division. She joined Insular Life in 2008. As head of the department, she oversees the appraisal and assessment of life insurance applications. She graduated with a BS Medical Technology degree from the Divine Word University. She is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI), a Fellow of the Academy of Life Underwriting (FALU), a Fellow of the Home Office Life Underwriters Association of the Philippines (HOLUAP) and an Associate in Customer Service of LOMA.
