Metrobank to hold limited operations during holidays

MANILA, Philippines - Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company (Metrobank) is beefing-up its bank channels and is holding limited operations for the long All-Saints’ Day and All-Souls’ Day holiday weekend.

From Nov. 1 to 4, selected Metrobank branches nationwide will be open to serve the banking public.

Metrobank has also been conducting maintenance checks on all its Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) nationwide and will be loaded with sufficient cash to meet the requirements of its customers over the long weekend.

The bank’s operation support teams will be on-duty 24/7 to ensure continuity of ATM services.

Metrobank ATM account-holders can also pay for their purchases in department stores, supermarkets and other establishments through the BancNet point-of-sale (POS) terminals.

Customers can also make use of Metrobank Direct for anytime, online banking services. Metrobank Direct, which can be accessed via http://www.metrobank.com.ph; https://personal.metrobankdirect.com for personal accounts; or https://corporate.metrobankdirect.com for corporate accounts, allows customers to inquire about their balance, transfer funds, pay bills or reload prepaid mobile phone accounts.
