Jones Lang LaSalle Leechiu named best in Phl

MANILA, Philippines - For the second year in a row, Jones Lang LaSalle Leechiu was named the Best Property Consultancy in the Philippines by the International Property Awards Asia Pacific 2012-2013 last April 27. The search is supported by 15 professional bodies worldwide and independently judged by a panel of over 50 experts.

According to its website, the International Property Awards “identify the highest levels of achievement in real estate, development, architecture, interior design and marketing in both the residential and commercial sectors.”

David Leechiu, country head of Jones Lang LaSalle Leechiu, was very pleased to have received among the highest honors that can be conferred to a real estate consultancy firm operating in the Philippines. He said: “The Best Property Consultancy award is recognition of the expertise and professionalism of our people. The award is tangible evidence of the team’s thrust for excellence. I am greatly pleased that our firm has outdone itself and its competitors in this category.”

Elsewhere in the Asia Pacific region, Jones Lang LaSalle organizations in eight other countries were also named Best Property Consultancy after winning the Five Star award, the highest possible. Real estate agencies initially compete in the regional level. The winner of the region then competes with other winners in Africa, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, United Kingdom and the US.
