BCDA selling P800-M memorial lots in Ft Boni
MANILA, Philippines - State-owned Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) is selling P800 million worth of investment certificates for new memorial spaces at the Heritage Park in Fort Bonifacio.
BCDA president and CEO Arnel Paciano Casanova said they are targeting to sell P200 million worth of the securities this year.
Heritage Park, located near the Bonifacio Global City, started operations in 2001 as a prime memorial estate.
New inventories of prime burial spaces in the form of garden lots, private estate lots, and jumbo estate lots that are bigger than the standard estate lots in the park have been opened for sale in the Pavilion Terraces, a park with a Chinese-inspired pavilion.
The Church Terraces, located in the northern portion of the park, offers the same product lines as well as new inventories of new headstone lots for those who are looking for smaller lots.
Jumbo estates at the Pavilion Terraces are sized at a maximum of 147.8 square meters and a minimum of 124 sqm. while those at the Church Terraces are sized at a maximum of 157 sqm. and a minimum of 62 sqm.
New columbary niches were also opened in Area 2 of the park. There are also new columbary niches at the base of the Angel’s Touch monument.
The park features landscaped gardens and water features as well as first-class lavatories.
“These developments have taken into condideration not just current trends in estate development. If reflects a study of the Filipino’s tradition of deep respect between nature and its elements,” Casanova said.
“The BCDA strives to make the Heritage Park not just a sanctuary for the dead but a place to enjoy for the living.”
