Bacolod show to tackle new trends in franchising

MANILA, Philippines - Philippine franchising guru Armando ‘Butz’ O. Bartolome, in collaboration with SM City City Bacolod, the Franchise Institute of the Philippine (FIP) and the International Academy of Management and Economics (IAME), wil be holding the ‘1st Nego Franchise Show’ titled ‘Learn and Experience New Business Trends in Franchising for 2011’ on March 10-13 at SM City Bacolod to impart to entrepreneurs the latest trends in franchising business.

Bartolome, president of GMB Franchise Developers and the country’s most-sought after speaker on franchising, said the three-day event is part of his nationwide tour of the country’s key cities to help aspiring entrepreneurs learn the latest trends in the franchise business while educating the public on responsible franchising and the intricacies of the business.

Aside from the latest trends in franchising business, he will also speak about ‘Tips and Traps in Franchise Development’ to warn aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly overseas Filipino workers against fly-by-franchisors who are out to gyp unwitting individuals of their hard-earned money and ‘Approaching Franchising with Confidence.’

‘With franchising becoming a boom industry and as Filipinos seek out new opportunities to survive the crisis, it is a must that the public is updated on the latest trends in franchising business as well as informed on the nitty-gritty of the franchising world,’ Bartolome emphasized.
