Reyes Haircutters backs OFW expo

-

MANILA, Philippines - The Pamilyang Overseas Filipino Workers-Small and Medium Entrepreneurs Network Foundation Inc. (Pamilyang OFWs) announced yesterday that Reyes Haircutters is one of the sponsors of the Handog kay P-Noy Jobs and Livelihood Expo 2010 (Part 2) and the 5th Pamaskong Handog sa Pamilyang OFWs at Micro, Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (MSMEs) which is slated Dec. 17-18 at the Philippine Trade Training Center in Pasay City.

Pamilyang OFWs marketing officer Christine Roque said Reyes Haircutters will promote and market its franchise business and will give free hair cut to OFW families who will visit the two-day expo.

Roque said the back-to-back expo is a one-stop-shop for jobs, livelihood, investment and business opportunities which aims to empower the OFW and micro, small and medium entrepreneurs as well as their families through information, opportunities and benefits.

Pamilyang OFWs president George Arban Arriola said the two events – which is the fourth and last of Pamilyang OFWs’ quarterly expositions this year – are in support of the job generation program of President Aquino and in line with the OFW Month as well as the vision of Pamilyang OFWs to ensure the transformation of a majority of OFW families into community entrepreneurs.
