Unioil Petroleum to open 6 new retail stations
MANILA, Philippines - Independent oil player Unioil Petroleum Philippines Inc. (UPPI) said yesterday it would open six more retail stations with a “new look”.
Unioil general manager Chito Medina-Cue said this is part of its efforts to make good on its promise to better serve motorists.
On Friday, it rolled out another service station in Evangelista, Makati, after undergoing a major “face-lift”.
The Evangelista retail station, Cue said, is expected to entice more customers to patronize the company’s full range of affordable yet quality petroleum products ranging from its innovative and environment-friendly Pure Diesel Plus, Quantum Pure Power, Unleaded Gasoline and lubricants.
He said Pure Diesel Plus was formulated to perform like a premium diesel resulting in improved fuel efficiency and more power achieved through better combustion while Quantum Pure Power has a 93 plus improved octane rating.
The Evangelista station was the second such facility opened by the company since January. In February this year, it re-opened the Harrison station in Pasay city after also undergoing refurbishment.
Unioil is also signing and targeting six additional sites in Las Piñas, Makati and Quezon city for the its expansion program this year.
“We are actually encouraging all business enthusiasts to avail of our franchising program, indeed we are offering a very competitive and affordable package for our future branch partners who want to do business with Unioil,” Medina-Cue explained.
Aside from these, Unioil also made sure that the company’s newest service station is staffed with highly trained personnel oriented to serve the customers.
“We expect motorists to patronize our newest station and enjoy our quality petroleum products,” Cue said
The station’s owner, Benjie Talao, said seeing the station is the realization of his dream and investment as he paid tribute to Unioil’s innovative franchising program.
