Pfizer bags top awards for pharma industry execs

Two Pfizer sales executives were recently honored by the Marketing Executives of the Pharmaceutical Industry (MEPI) with the organization’s top two awards, in recognition of their outstanding sales performance and use of innovative business strategies to achieve their sales goals.

Pfizer Specialist District manager Egay Canseco and Pfizer Specialist Professional Healthcare Representative Nancy Doctura garnered MEPI awards for Best District Manager and Best Medical Representative, respectively.

Canseco bested nine other competitors in the District Manager category while Doctura won over 17 competitors from other pharmaceutical companies in the Healthcare Representative category.

Pfizer president and country manager Rey Gerardo Bacarro expressed appreciation to MEPI for the recognition and lauded Canseco and Doctura for their achievement and for upholding the company’s values of customer focus, excellence, performance, innovation and leadership.

Launched in 1995, the MEPI Award is given to the new generation of creative, innovative and self-motivated district managers and pharmaceutical healthcare representatives. It is considered the most prestigious award for pharmaceutical executives in the country.
