Mison OIC ng BI

MANILA, Philippines - Itinalaga bilang officer-in-charge ng Bureau of Immigration si Associate Commissioner Siegfried B. Mison kasunod ng pagbibitiw ni Commissioner Ricardo David.

Nilinaw ni Justice Secretary Leila de Lima ang mga tungkulin ni Mison bilang OIC ng BI.

“Such designation shall not include the power to act on matters involving policy determination, approval of long-term contracts and transactions, appointment and firing of personnel, and other matters that go beyond acts of mere supervision or administration or are, by their nature, essentially within the authority of the Secretary of Justice,” nakasaad sa order.

Inilagay naman si Atty. Ronaldo P. Ledesma bilang OIC ng iniwang puwesto ni  Mison.
