‘Di pa man batas Pondo sa RH aabot sa P21.8B
MANILA, Philippines - Kinuwestiyon ni Senate Majority Leader Vicente “Tito” Sotto III ang halos P21.8 bilyon na nakapaloob sa budget ng Department of Health (DOH) sa 2013 na konektado umano sa pagpapatupad ng Reproductive Health Bill.
Ang kabuuang panukalang budget ng DOH para sa susunod na taon ay aabot sa P51 bilyon.
Pinuna ni Sotto ang budget para sa gagawing ‘young adult fertility and sexuality survey’ ay aabot sa P4 milyon; pregnancy test kit, P364,500; reproductive of family planning materials P3 milyon; family planning commodities, pills, P245 milyon; injectibles P91 milyon; natural family planning bundle packs P31 milyon; I.U.D, P170 milyon; bilateral tubal ligation kits P11 milyon; no scalpel vasectomy, P500 milyon, at pelvic models P7 milyon.
“Given these items that I have mentioned, which are all related to the provisions in the RH bill, it seems to me that the RH bill is already being implemented by the DOH,” ani Sotto.
