NAIA 3, nabubulok lang

-

"It’s time to pay, take over and operate that airport. That’s what government should do. The Terminal 3 would further ensure the safety of the riding public in the light of terror threats," sabi ni Nograles.

"It's not a crime to follow a court order that has become final and executory. Government officials are duty bound to follow orders of the court to avoid contempt of court. It’s illegal not to follow a final court order. The position of Atty. Yasay that following court order to pay constitutes graft is misplaced," ani Nograles. (Malou Escudero)
