YOUNG ONCE. A man who used to participate in the Sinulog festivities said he used to walk up and down the length of Gen. Maxilom Avenue from Carreta to the Fuente Rotunda during Grand Parade Day to visit different points of interest. Sometimes up to four times.

Now he can’t even walk the same stretch once during recent Grand Parade days.

“Lahi na g’yud basta tiguwang nata,” he said.
