Always bring ID

SO WHO DIED? A cyclist died after falling from his bike and hitting his head on the pavement in Talisay City. Authorities could not identify him because he had no form of ID on him whatsoever.

A seasoned cyclist has this advice for anyone who wants to travel using a bicycle; always have ID with you, it can help authorities notify your next of kin of anything happens to you.
