THANK GOODNESS! A spectator at the grandstand yesterday groaned when the top city officials appeared on stage to give the opening address.
“Ayaw g’yud na pasulti-a si (name of official withheld) kay di g’yud ta maghuman ani,” he was heard saying.
Thankfully, only the mayor gave the opening address.
