Man declines tanod post

BE OUR EYES AND EARS. A man was called to his barangay hall because the barangay council wanted to make him a tanod, but he had to decline. The reason? He was technically a Person With Disability; he cannot see out of one eye and was deaf in one ear. He is even receiving PWD benefits from the city government.

“Ambot unsay nasud sa ilang huna-huna kabalo man sila nga PWD ko,” the man later told The EAR.
