Counter-flowing mini-buses

LIKE HELL. Drivers of mini-buses playing the southern Cebu route have no respect to other road users, said an Ear Informer. One time, he said, he was driving his motorcycle when a mini-bus was seen racing with two other mini-buses and a yellow bus, counter-flowing the road and almost hit him and several other motorcycles in Lawaan I, Talisay. "Mura'g gyud og nagdagan sa impyerno to'ng mga mini-bus nga hapit gyud mi mangadasmagi."

THREAT. The other motorcycle-riding men honked their horns and shouted towards the drivers and the "conductor." But the driver responded: "ligsan man unta ta mo kay nagpatunga man mo!" This was despite the fact that the mini-bus was running on the opposite road countering the traffic flow towards the south.
