What are retreats for?

COMPELLED. Some students who are compelled to attend retreats as a requirement for graduation have suspicions they are being milked.

NEW SHIRT. A handful think the money they fork over for the activity could be spent on more useful things such as a kilo of rice or a new shirt.

FINE WITH ME. But there are those, especially the very religious, who would not mind gracing these affairs with their presence anytime.
