He's now into the academe helping young people seek a bright future. His family's Benedicto College in Mandaue City is fast making a good name in the technology-vocational field with TESDA collaborating.

The Cebu City Council has started (about time, Sir Mike) dredging some heavily silted creeks "to put an end to the flooding in the city." Some P70-M has been set aside for the project. I refrain from saying the city has sunk in P70-M for the creeks because the amount might go down the drain.
