Cebu's flood

FLOOD. After the heavy rain that lasted for some hours last Thursday, nearly all of Cebu City's downtown area was flooded. Stranded pedestrians were asking one another: "Saon man pagsulbad aning problemaha sa baha. Nagkagrabe man."

UNDERWATER. No one had the answer. Even an engineer whose car went almost entirely underwater said: "Nagkalisud na ni sulbaron." But the stranded ones still managed to minimize the gravity of the problem with some of them saying: "No worry guys. Mobaha ra man ang Sugbo kon mobunok ang uwan."
