T-shirt error

T-SHIRT. A t-shirt printer recalled some 2,000 t-shirts from the market because of an error: The map of the Philippines printed on the shirt was upside down. The t-shirts already in the market had to be recalled by the shirt maker fearing he had committed a crime.

SECOND TIME. It was the second time this t-shirt maker had to recall his product because of a grave error. The first time his t-shirts had the Phl flag printed on them but the red color was on top of the blue.
