INVESTIGATION. A high ranking business executive and civic leader is under "investigation." No, not by the police but by his wife who is a member of a women's club. This according to an Ear informer who happens to be a member of the business exec's "barkada."

REASON. What's the reason for the "investigation?"  The Ear informer said the business exec, his good friend and business associate, is being probed by da missus as to the owner of a bikini panty found on the fender of hubby's car. The Ear informer said the wife knows her husband is innocent but she's having fun doing the probe.
