Unlucky but not really

THE EAR - The Freeman

UNLUCKY BUT LUCKY. Anthony (not his real name) was all set and ready to fly to the US as an OFW when super typhoon Yolanda clobbered Tacloban, demolished his house and lost everything he had including his travel papers, passport where his US visa was stamped, tickets, etc. But he still considered himself lucky.

EXPLOSION. On the day Anthony was to report to his work place in the States (Oklahoma) there was an explosion which killed five persons including two Pinoys who were to train him for the work he had been contracted to do. The establishment had to close down momentarily and as of this writing it is still closed. Anthony has already been able to reconstruct his lost papers and is scheduled to leave in April.
