All talk about rebuilding Tacloban, but everyone is leaving

THE EAR - The Freeman

STAY AND HELP  REBUILD.  An Ear source said he hears a lot of talk from Typhoon Yolanda survivors about rebuilding Tacloban, but it seems all who should be involved are leaving for other provinces and said they are only coming back after everything is back to normal. "They should be part of the rebuilding process," said the Ear source, "do they just want to reap the benefits after Tacloban has been rebuilt?"

GUARD YOUR LAND. There is more compelling reason to stay, the source said, their property might be claimed by another. Considering the storm surge wiped out entire communities, it may also have removed boundary marks and other land features. And considering many people were killed and government offices were destroyed there may be no reliable way of  keeping track who owns what parcel of land, the source added.
