Halloween time no more

SCARED. The father of a three-year-old child (a girl) plans to go to court against a neighbor who scared the child with his witch Halloween costume. The child went into a hysterical fit and had to be hospitalized.

UNAFRAID. The girl's mother said the girl attended the neighborhood's last Halloween party and was not afraid. "Nalingaw kaayo siya sa nagkalainlaing costumes," she said. "But this time she got so scared she screamed in fear because the 'witch' met her in a dark place."
