CASINO. When the 7.2-magnitude earthquake rocked Cebu, people (gamblers) in a casino sought refuge under the tables. There was one man who before running out of the casino gathered the chips from one gambling table and pocketed them. The chips were estimated to total some P20,000 according to an Ear informer.
CAUGHT ON CCTV. It was learned that the man who swiped those chips were seen on CCTV but it could not be ascertained if the gaming chips have been recovered.
