Ex-Rep. Pabling Garcia wants to return his P72 million PDAF. He's doing it in good faith. But I for one think it's wrong. I could be wrong in saying sir Pabling is wrong but I could also be right.

Sir Pabling's PDAF was intended for his constituents and I think it's only fair that they should have it. This P72 million is P72 million and it could go a long way toward funding projects sir Pabling had wanted to undertake in his district.

The only tabloids I've come to know where God rules are the Pilipino Star Ngayon and PM (Pang-masa). Both papers carry the seal that says: "God 1st. All Glory to the King." Both tabs are sister publications under the Philippine Star Group to which The Freeman and Banat News proudly belong. Yes, all glory to the King!

I like this message Bobit Avila texted me early this morning: "If your problem in life is as big as a ship...Never forget that your blessings are as wide as the ocean."

OVERHEARD. A resident of Tuburan quarreled with a tindera in a shoes section of a department store in the city. She was heard saying: "Nipalit ko'g sapatos para's akong bata pagsul-ob niya pulos tuo ang sapatos. Hago kaayo ug gasto sa plite pagbalik dinhi sa siyudad." After she had berated the tindera, it was discovered that she bought the shoes in another store. (There's a lesson to be learned here. Said Augustus Caesar: "Hasten slowly." -- JVJ)
