When asked why he was asking such a question, the reader said he is often inconvenienced, especially at night when he is already asleep, by a motorcycle-riding neighbor who made modifications to his ride’s muffler. “Saba kaayo mam. Magsige pa gyud ug rebolusyon kahibaw nga pwerteng sipaa sa iyang tambutso. Makatugaw sa akong pagpahuway,” he said.
