CEBU, Philippines - A suspected thief was shot to death Tuesday evening in sitio Hollow Block, barangay Lagtang, Talisay City.
Boyet Menguito, legal age, resident of sitio Salvador, barangay Tanke, Talisay City died on the way to hospital.
Bystanders told police officers they found Menguito dead.
Police said Menguito was out on probation when killed. He was facing charges for theft and burglary.
Found in the crime scene were two empty cal. 45 pistol shells. (FREEMAN)
