CEBU, Philippines - The Lapu-Lapu City Tourism Office has moved the scheduled November 12 fluvial procession to November 16 as a consequence of Super Typhoon Yolanda’s visit.
The fluvial procession is one of the highlights of the city fiesta celebration in honor of its patron, the Virgin of the Rule.
