CEBU, Philippines - Two men on a motorcycle held up a Japanese national who was on his way home on foot in barangay Subangdaku, Mandaue City Tuesday afternoon.
Naoki Matsuo, 25, lost a wallet containing P1,500, several cards, and an iPhone valued at P25,000.
