"Tout Chocolat"

CEBU, Philippines – Chocolate is deliciously incorporated into every dish of a full-course dinner, the latest gourmet offering of Blu Bar & Grill, starting on July 17. Titled "Tout Chocolat," each dish in the dinner is served with a chocolate cocktail or wine particularly chosen to compliment the flavors of the dish. It is a unique gastronomic experience for the lovers of chocolate and those with epicurean taste. 'Tout Chocolat' (tu shoh/koh/lah) is French for 'All Chocolate'.

The menu of Tout Chocolat has been perfected by Marco Polo Plaza's team of culinary experts, led by Executive Chef Stefano Verrillo. "What we bring with 'Tout Chocolat' is new territory in terms of culinary taste and expectation," the chef says. "Who would imagine to add each course - from starter to the last dish - with chocolate, in such delicate fashion so as not to overpower the dish."

Each dish, Chef Stefano Verrillo further shares, offers a little element of surprise, creating the whole dining experience unique.

"Tout Chocolat" is available at the Blu Bar and Grill every Friday. The dishes in the dinner are created with the high-quality tablea of The Chocolate Chamber - a company known for their rich chocolate-making tradition, started by no less than Cebu's Chocolate Queen, Raquel T. Choa.
