CEBU, Philippines - The Department of Education Central Visayas held its annual regional training of school paper advisers (SPAs) and campus journalists (CJs) last November 26 to 27 at the Ecotech Center in Lahug, Cebu City.
The two-day event was aimed at enhancing the abilities of SPAs and CJs in writing. The training was also eyed to help the participants prepare themselves and discover techniques for the upcoming National Schools Press Conference.
The two-day training concentrated on four areas, namely: News writing, Editorial Writing, Feature Writing and Copyreading and Headline Writing.
