CEBU, Philippines - Responding to the robust demand for house and lot packages in Cebu, despite the increasing supply of condominium units, AboitizLand, Inc. has announced to introduce at least two integrated subdivision projects this year.
In an interview with AboitizLand assistant vice president for sales and sales administration Audie Villa, he said that although demand for condominium units is also surging, the company also needs to respond to the parallel demand of the market seeking for quality house and lot developments within the metropolis.
Besides, he said AboitizLand's condominium project--The Persimmon, could supply the condominium market in the next two years.
Recently, the company formally introduced its P700 million Pristina North Residence project, offering 30 sophisticated housing units, located within the 32.5-hectare upscale Pristina North community in Talamban.
According to Villa, house and lot absorption in Cebu is steadily increasing, led by the active business executives, new families, and empty-nesters markets.
The Pristina North Residences is the second phase development of the company's house and lot offer inside the Pristina North. Villa said two more integrated subdivision projects will be introduced by the company within this year.
Other house and lot projects of the company, which still have inventories include the Ajoya in Cordova with 130 available units out of total 700 house and lot offer. The Almiya project in Mandaue City with 110 available units, out of 230 total units constructed within the subdivision.
According to Villa, Aboitizland will take advantage of its strength and strong brand as horizontal development builder, having built prestigious subdivisions in the last 20 years.
