This is manifested by a series of operations including the recent apprehension last July 11, 2006 of a policeman and a former policeman identified to be involved in the illegal trade. The two were arrested by operatives of the Vice Control Section of the Cebu City Police Office while about to hand in 50 grams of shabu estimated to cost P450,000.
