Wilbert Yap, alias Kim, a cousin of Tuburan Mayor Rose Suezo, sustained a wound on the head after being whacked by his best friend and neighbor, Zenaido Cagay, with a bolo.


Yap, the tanod chief of barangay Dos, was immediately brought to Tuburan District Hospital but was transferred later to Chong Hua Hospital in Cebu City for his serious wound.
