Karatekas who filed a mass resignation letter last month finally formaized their complaints against the Philippine Karatedo Association headed by Pochollo Veguillas.

Fifteen signatories, including designated spokesperson and national team coach David Lay, submitted to the POC fact-finding committee late the other day, their eight-point complaint against Veguillas, head of the PKF since it was founded in 1988, at the Orchids Hotel in Manila.
