WHY, OH, WHY?. A reader who sounded very angry called up this paper’s publisher to ask: “Why, oh, why can’t the police and local officials get rid of the outlawed video karera?”

He said these officials claim in press statements that they have already wiped out these gambling devices but  they have not.
