Moreno got past Leo Cortes, Alesna defeated Joel Pacuribot, and Fernan dumped Santiago Peque.

Makinano's defeat to Eden Diano in the seventh round created a four-way tie with NM Elwin Retanal and Harold Diano, who also finished with 6.5 points.
But Makinano went on to claim the championship with a superior 23.5 tie-break points.
