Sunshine Kitchen restaurant has been in existence for a while but I never got the chance to visit it until my dear friend Giselle Tongi-Walters invited me over to try the new drinks of her husband Tim Walters. Both Giselle and Tim  underwent bar training and the two of them make excellent drinks. So, one time, prior to my night-out, I decided to pop up at Sunshine Kitchen.
