Elisio Aballe was found dead by his older brother Cifronio when the latter tried to wake him up for coffee.


Police said around 9:30 p.m. last Sunday, Cifronio reported hearing a gunshot prompting him to call his neighbors to go with him to check on his brother who lived in a house near the shore. 


He saw his brother who seemed to be asleep and decided not to wake him.
