The Freeman columnist, Dr. Jose Vicente ‘JV’ Araneta emerged as the class C champion in last Saturday’s Cebu Cycling Weekly Races at the Mandaue City Reclamation area.

Overall, Bardaje now has 55 points while Patalinghug trails with 40 points.
