Araneta takes overall lead in RECYCLE series

The FREEMAN columnist Dr. Jose Vicente "JV" Araneta oozes with confidence as he posted back-to-back victory to take the overall lead in the RECYCLE Road Cyclist of the Month of October series at the Mandaue City reclamation area the other day.
The third leg victory of Araneta catapulted him to the top of the leaderboard with 55 points as Lyndel Caraquel trailed with 43 points.
The third to fifth places went to Neil Duhaylungsod with 41 points, Xerox Lauron with 34 points and Dexter Lapuz with 27 points.
In the third leg, Araneta was followed by Toto Iral, Duhaylungsod, Lauron and John Ray Jaca.- Caecent O. No-ot
